Position: Inspector (Vietnam) – Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (Bangladesh) Ltd.

1. UNDERSTAND THE ROLE

4. UPDATE YOUR KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
a) SOPs & INSPECTION PROCEDURES
– Review typical inspection SOPs used in consumer‑product testing (sampling methods, container loading, documentation flow).
– Familiarize yourself with international standards relevant to the product groups (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IEC, ASTM, ISO 17025).

b) SAMPLE COLLECTION & HANDLING
– Practice proper labeling, preservation, and chain‑of‑custody documentation.
– Understand moisture, temperature, and mechanical handling requirements for textiles, footwear, ceramics and furniture.

c) REPORT WRITING
– Study report templates: executive summary, scope, methodology, findings, conclusions, recommendations.
– Emphasize clarity, objectivity, and correct grammar.
– Use concise bullet points; avoid ambiguous language.

d) DOCUMENT CONTROL
– Review basic document‑control principles: version control, file naming, secure storage, retrieval.

e) ETHICS & CONDUCT
– Read the BVCPS Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct (usually available on the company portal or request from HR).
– Note expectations on confidentiality, impartiality, conflict‑of‑interest, and professional behavior.

5. PREPARE APPLICATION MATERIALS
