– Attach a high‑resolution PDF of each document (attested copies) and a scanned image of the bank draft/pay order.
– Use the same subject line as the hard‑copy envelope title.

c) Teaching demonstration – Prepare a 30‑minute lecture on a typical undergraduate CE subject (e.g., Concrete Technology, Structural Analysis, Water Resources Engineering). Emphasize clear explanations, visual aids, and interactive questioning.

d) Research presentation – Be ready to discuss your publications, methodology, and future research plans that align with BAUET’s technical orientation and national development goals.

e) General interview –

– Know BAUET’s history, mission, and recent achievements (e.g., smart classrooms, broadband campus).
– Prepare answers for common academic interview questions: teaching philosophy, handling diverse student backgrounds, curriculum development, industry collaboration, and ethical conduct.
– Prepare thoughtful questions for the panel (e.g., facilities for civil‑engineering labs, research funding mechanisms, community outreach).

8. AVOID COMMON PITFALLS

– Incomplete or illegible documents → disqualification.
– Missing bank draft/pay order → application will be rejected.
– Submitting after the deadline → not considered.
– Forgetting to bring originals on the test day → you may be barred from proceeding.
– Using un‑attested or uncertified copies of foreign certificates → will be rejected.

• Early November 2025 – Obtain attestations and bank drafts.
• Mid‑November 2025 – Draft CV, cover letter, and fill the prescribed form.
• Late November 2025 – Proofread all documents; make a checklist.

4. Maintain a calm, confident demeanor during the interview; show respect for the institution’s army background while emphasizing academic excellence.
