Preparation Guide – Deputy / Manager BTL (itel Mobile)
Ismartu Technology BD Ltd (ITBL) – Dhaka

1. ROLE UNDERSTANDING
• Core purpose – drive brand visibility and retail execution for itel across all market segments (BO, SIS, GRT, etc.).
• Key functions – terminal visibility management, terminal item maintenance, market‑engagement/project management, GTM & POSM execution, execution monitoring & reporting, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Performance metrics – audit quality scores, on‑time POSM delivery, project completion rates, visibility compliance percentages, and sales‑impact reports.

2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Age : 29‑45 years, male.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree (Honors acceptable).
• Experience : 7‑8 years in BTL/Trade Marketing, minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Industry background : FMCG manufacturing, multinational or group companies, mobile accessories, mobile industry.
• Desired technical skills : BTL & trade‑marketing planning, basic design work (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop), data entry, field‑audit tools, project‑management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).

3. RESUME & COVER LETTER TAILORING
a) Resume – use a reverse‑chronological format, keep it to two pages.
