PREPARING FOR THE POSITION – ASSOCIATE MANAGER, INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE & PROJECT COORDINATION

1. RESEARCH THE COMPANY AND THE ROLE
a. Visit the official websites (www.design2morrow.com and https://www.p2msoft.com/) and study their project portfolio, design style, recent news and expansion plans in UAE, KSA, UK and Australia.
b. Understand the link between the interior‑design arm and the software‑development arm – notice any collaborative tools, BIM platforms or custom software they may use.
c. Learn about the market they serve – corporate offices, residential, co‑working spaces, technology‑driven environments.

2. MAP THE JOB REQUIREMENTS TO YOUR PROFILE
a. Education – confirm you hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
b. Experience – 1‑2 years in an architecture or interior‑design firm with proven project‑coordination exposure.
c. Core technical skills – 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SketchUp, V‑Ray, BOQ preparation, Photoshop, Illustrator.
