PREPARATION GUIDE FOR “ল্যাবরেটরি সহকারী” (LAB ASSISTANT) POSITION AT BAUET – QADIRABAD, NATORE



1. UNDERSTAND THE RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Citizenship – Must be a Bangladeshi citizen; permanent residents of any district are eligible.
- Age limit – Maximum 32 years. For candidates with relevant experience, the age ceiling may be relaxed.
- Education – HSC (Science) or equivalent with at least a GPA of 3.00.
- Experience – Minimum 1 year of practical experience in the related field. Preference is given to candidates who hold a 4‑year diploma in the relevant discipline and have worked as a machinist in Mechanical Engineering.

2. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED
Prepare the following items in original and photocopy (verified, stamped and signed) form:

1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Clear heading with your name, contact details, and objective for the Lab Assistant role.
- Chronological listing of education, trainings, and work experience.
- Highlight laboratory‑related tasks, equipment handled, and any safety certifications.

2. Application Form
- Printed on plain paper, signed, and dated.
- Follow the format used in the sample form (if any) found on the BAUET website.

3. Academic Certificates
- HSC certificate, mark sheet, and any diploma/degree certificates.
- Ensure each copy is attested (notarized) by a gazetted officer or a reputable notary.

8. Exam Fee Payment
- Pay Tk. 300 by bank draft or pay‑order in the name of “Bangladesh Army University of Engineering & Technology, Qadirabad”.
- Attach the original draft/pay‑order to the application packet. Without it, the application will be considered void.

9. Additional Documents (if applicable)
- Any certifications related to laboratory safety, instrumentation, or software (e.g., MS Office, data logging tools).
- Military service record (if you are a serving or former armed forces personnel) – submit through the proper channel.



3. HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION
- Deadline: 24 December 2025. Applications received after this date by post, courier, or direct hand‑over will be rejected.

4. PREPARATION FOR THE SELECTION TEST & INTERVIEW
